Elder Anthony N.Z. Sani, has called on Nigerians to embrace nation building to develop the country from her difficult times.

The former Secretary of the Arewa Consultative Forum, (ACF) said in his message to Nigerians at 62nd independence anniversary.

According to him, ” I empathize with Nigeria for the pains associated with the hard times occasioned by both local and global events, I believe difficult times should bring about national grandeur, purposeful leadership and the best in every one, not despair.

“Nigerians must understand that the process of nation building is a continuous process or work in progress, one might say.

“This is because the good things of life like order, justice, liberty, decency and prosperity hard to difficult to attain, they are achieved through ceaseless hard work by both leaders and the led. As Jesus Christ says in Mathew 26:11 that “the poor would always be with you”. He said.

Elder Anthony Sani who is among the Distinguished Nigerians announced to receive the National Honours said, America became independent 246 years ago, yet it is going through the travails of mass shooting, inflation amongst others.
Nigeria is a small analogy in the global socioeconomic and natural sphere.

He said, if big Western economies have challenges, smaller economies must be affected in this global village.

Eldee Anthony Sani said that Nigeria needs to imbibe cultural renaissance that will make the nation feel young again with the promise of glory days ahead to overcome the current challenges.

He called on the people that, the challenges are never beyond redemption, when the leadership leads the people with determination towards growth and development.
